Honey’s Place works hard to provide customers with the most up-to-date shipping information available. As soon as a package is closed in our warehouse, an email is generated in real time with a tracking number, letting you know the order has been processed.
No need to wait until the end of the day for your tracking number! Simply click on "My Account" to view
tracking info. With one click, you can see if your order is
still in process, or whether it’s been released, shipped or delivered.

HoneysPlace.com makes it easy to set up different roles within your company, a feature ideal for larger
chains or stores with a separate owner and buyer. The buyer
role allows an employee to create an order and requires approval from the owner before it’s finalized and
submitted, giving the owner the opportunity to edit if needed.
Here’s how it works:
After a buyer creates an order, the owner receives an automatic email notification to edit or approve it.
Once the owner has approved the order, a second email is
automatically sent to the buyer and the customer’s Account Manager at Honey’s Place to confirm the order has
been submitted.
Our Instant Search uses an advanced algorithm similar to Google’s, which predicts a query as it is typed. Simply start typing in the search bar on Honeysplace.com and suggestions will be automatically offered before you have even finished typing, saving you time and avoiding the tedious task of keying in the full product name or item number.
Conveniently complete all your orders on a single screen – especially useful for multiple drop-ship orders. Simply enter the address and our advanced technology will verify it for accuracy. Our brick-and-mortar retail stores love this feature because it allows them to quickly key in their re-orders.
Use a barcode scanner to quickly scan your orders in on the Quick Order page of the website. Simply enter the quantity needed after each product is scanned and save yourself valuable time and energy!
When an in-demand item is out of stock, opt in to get an email notification the instant it’s back in the warehouse. Simply click the Notify Me button on the item page.
Customers have access to more than 400 different report combinations, which can be exported in a variety of formats, including Excel, CSV, XML, and HTML. These reports include an abundance of data and analytics that will help you discover new selling opportunities. Some of the reports include best sellers by category and manufacturer, new product lists, and MAP pricing information.
