Honey’s Place Wholesale Policy
Wholesale Account Requirements & Data Access Policy
Honey’s Place is a wholesale-only distributor. Account approval, account type, website access, ordering privileges, data access, and account-specific requirements are subject to review and approval by Honey’s Place.
Honey’s Place may classify accounts and apply account-specific requirements based on business-related criteria, including business type, verification status, sales channel, purchasing activity, account history, resale documentation, online or retail presence, and whether the account is regularly engaged in wholesale purchasing.
Wholesale Account Approval
Honey’s Place reviews new and existing accounts to confirm that customers meet wholesale business requirements. Website access, ordering privileges, product data access, drop ship services, and other wholesale resources may vary by account type and approved access level.
Honey’s Place may approve, deny, suspend, terminate, reactivate, waive, or modify account access or account requirements at its discretion using business-related criteria. Honey’s Place does not make account decisions based on any legally protected personal characteristic.
Account-Specific Requirements
Certain account types, including but not limited to Drop Ship, Home Party, Pop-Up Shop, Special Occasion, event-based, occasional-use, startup, online, unverified, or similar accounts, may be subject to account-specific requirements.
These requirements may include minimum order requirements, account access requirements, data access requirements, service requirements, purchasing activity requirements, verification requirements, or other approved account terms.
Home Party, Pop-Up Shop, Special Occasion, and Occasional-Use Accounts
Home Party, Pop-Up Shop, Special Occasion, event-based, occasional-use, or similar accounts may be subject to a $200 minimum order requirement per order.
This minimum applies to each order and is not limited to the first order.
Where applicable, the online cart may display the amount remaining to meet the minimum order requirement, and the order submit function may remain inactive until the applicable minimum is met.
Data Access for Select Drop Ship Accounts
Select Drop Ship accounts may be subject to a monthly Data Access Fee for access to Honey’s Place digital resources.
Digital resources may include product data, API access, XML data feeds, custom data feeds, product images, descriptions, pricing, inventory information, reports, online ordering, and other website features.
Any applicable Data Access Fee or account-specific fee will be disclosed before the related access or service is provided and must be accepted by the customer.
Data Access Fee Summary
Select Drop Ship accounts may be charged a $100 monthly Data Access Fee.
The fee may be waived when the account meets the qualifying monthly eligible product purchase requirement.
Monthly Purchase Waiver
The monthly Data Access Fee may be waived for qualifying accounts that purchase at least $500 in eligible product purchases during the applicable monthly period.
Eligible product purchase calculations should be based on Honey’s Place-approved qualifying product purchases.
Exclusions From Eligible Product Purchase Calculation
The following should not count toward the $500 eligible product purchase waiver unless Honey’s Place approves otherwise:
- Shipping charges
- Handling charges
- Drop ship fees
- Data Access Fees
- Account-specific fees
- Taxes
- Credits
- Refunds
- Returns
- Chargebacks
- Adjustments
- Non-product fees
- Any excluded items or charges identified by Honey’s Place
Prorated Sign-Up Language
If a Data Access Fee begins after the start of a monthly billing period, Honey’s Place may prorate the initial fee or apply the fee according to the approved account setup terms.
Cancellation or Access Change Requests
Customers who wish to cancel data access, Drop Ship access, or related digital access should submit the request in writing to Honey’s Place or their Account Manager.
Cancellation or access-change requests may require processing time. Fees already incurred may remain due unless Honey’s Place approves otherwise.
Access Limitation or Removal
Honey’s Place may limit, suspend, or remove access to website features, data feeds, API access, product images, descriptions, pricing, reports, online ordering, or other digital resources if account requirements are not met, payment is not received, access is misused, or the account is otherwise no longer approved for that level of access.
Exceptions
Honey’s Place may waive, modify, or make exceptions to account requirements or Data Access Fee requirements at its discretion using business-related criteria.
