Honey's Place Wholesale Policy

Wholesale Account Requirements and Data Access Policy

Honey's Place is a wholesale-only distributor. Account approval, account type, website access, ordering privileges, Drop Ship access, data access, and account-specific requirements are subject to review and approval by Honey's Place.

Honey's Place may classify accounts and apply account-specific requirements based on business-related criteria, including business type, verification status, sales channel, purchasing activity, account history, resale documentation, online or retail presence, and whether the account is regularly engaged in wholesale purchasing.

Account-specific fees may apply. Any applicable fees, requirements, or approved account terms will be disclosed during account review or before the related access or services are approved.

Wholesale Account Approval

Honey's Place reviews new and existing accounts to confirm that customers meet wholesale business requirements. Website access, ordering privileges, product data access, Drop Ship services, data feeds, API access, product images, reports, online ordering, and other wholesale resources may vary by account type and approved access level.

Honey's Place may approve, deny, suspend, terminate, reactivate, waive, or modify account access or account requirements at its discretion using business-related criteria. Honey's Place does not make account decisions based on any legally protected personal characteristic.

Account-Specific Requirements

Certain account types, including but not limited to Drop Ship, Home Party, Pop-Up Shop, Special Occasion, event-based, occasional-use, startup, online, unverified, or similar accounts, may be subject to account-specific requirements.

These requirements may include minimum order requirements, account access requirements, data access requirements, service requirements, purchasing activity requirements, verification requirements, activation fees, Data Access Fees, or other approved account terms.

Home Party, Pop-Up Shop, Special Occasion, and Occasional-Use Accounts

Home Party, Pop-Up Shop, Special Occasion, event-based, occasional-use, or similar accounts may be subject to a $200 minimum order requirement per order.

This minimum applies to each order and is not limited to the first order. This requirement is separate from any Drop Ship, Data Access, or other account-specific requirements that may apply to a customer's approved account type.

Where applicable, the online cart may display the amount remaining to meet the minimum order requirement, and the order submit function may remain inactive until the applicable minimum is met.

Drop Ship Activation Fee

As of July 1, 2026, select Drop Ship accounts may be subject to a one-time $50 Drop Ship Activation Fee when the Drop Ship account is approved or activated.

The Drop Ship Activation Fee is separate from any Data Access Fee, account-specific fee, shipping charge, service charge, access fee, or other approved account requirement.

Eligible Product Purchases

Eligible product purchases are reviewed based on qualifying product purchases during the applicable calendar month.

Eligible purchases exclude freight, shipping, handling, Drop Ship fees, service charges, access fees, activation fees, taxes, and all other non-product charges.

Credits, refunds, returns, chargebacks, adjustments, and any excluded items or charges identified by Honey's Place may also be excluded from eligible product purchase calculations.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Account Changes

Customers who wish to cancel data access, Drop Ship access, or related digital access should submit the request in writing to Honey's Place or their Account Manager.

Cancellation, account closure, removal from the Drop Ship Program, or removal of digital access does not reduce, credit, or refund any Drop Ship Activation Fee, Data Access Fee, or account-specific fee already invoiced or charged.

Honey's Place may review, limit, suspend, or remove account access, Drop Ship access, data access, API access, data feeds, website tools, ordering privileges, or related services based on account status, payment status, account activity, or compliance with approved account terms.

Declined Payments and Account Holds

Declined payment, unpaid invoices, or unresolved billing issues may result in account hold, limited or removed digital access, suspension of order processing, or removal from the Drop Ship Program.

Customers are responsible for keeping billing information current and resolving payment issues promptly to avoid delays, account limitations, or service interruptions.

Product Data, API Access, Images, and Data Feeds

Product data, API access, data feeds, images, descriptions, pricing, inventory information, reports, online ordering, and related website resources may be available based on account type, approved access level, and applicable account requirements.

Access to these resources is not automatic for all customers. Honey's Place may review the customer's business type, sales channel, verification status, account activity, purchasing activity, and intended use of Honey's Place resources before granting or continuing access.

Exceptions

Honey's Place may waive, modify, or make exceptions to account requirements, activation fee requirements, Data Access Fee requirements, or other account-specific requirements at its discretion using business-related criteria.

Disclosure of Fees and Requirements

Any applicable minimum order requirement, Drop Ship Activation Fee, Data Access Fee, account-specific fee, access requirement, service requirement, or approved account term will be disclosed during account review or before the related order, access, or service is completed.

Continued account access, Drop Ship access, data access, and website access may depend on the customer's account status, payment status, purchasing activity, and compliance with approved account terms.
