Which carriers does Honey's Place use?
Honey's Place ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your available services and delivery speed depend on your location and the method selected.
What is the same-day shipping cutoff?
For same-day ship out from our warehouse, submit your order by 12:00 PM PST. Carriers pick up in the afternoon.
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are based on carrier rates. The cost may be calculated using dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight considers package length, width, height, and weight.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. You can link your own shipping account to your Honey's Place account. Please contact your Account Manager or our accounting department to set this up.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Honey's Place offers international shipping and can work with your freight forwarder when needed. International orders may include import duties, taxes, and fees required for importation into your country.
What is a Pro Forma Invoice?
A pro forma invoice is an international commercial invoice used for customs purposes. To access our pro forma template, log into your account, go to Order History, and enter the desired sales order number.
